OpenShift Origin

RedHat's OpenShift Origin is designed to run an auto-scaling Platform as a Service (PaaS) for applications. OpenShift supports Java, Ruby, Node.js, Python, PHP or Perl. OpenShift Origin was open sourced by RedHat in April 2012 under Apache V2 license. OpenShift Origin is the open source project of all the components of the OpenShift PaaS.

OpenShift runs on developers laptop, or on your own private cloud servers powered by OpenStack, OpenNebula or CloudStack.
